What Do You Want to Know?

After a great Thanksgiving week, I'm giving thanks—for YOU! Thanks to everyone who stopped by The Well Rested Family during the month of November, and especially to those who contributed to the discussion with a comment. I'm thrilled to welcome new readers and continue the dialogue about promoting better sleep and better health for busy families.

My first month-long blog giveaway has been lots of fun. Before selecting a winner for the final prize (a copy of Dr. Harvey Karp's Super Soothing Sleep Sounds CD) I'd like to close out the month by asking you, the readers, what sleep topics you'd like to see here.

  • More information about naps?
  • How to get kids to sleep at bedtime?
  • How to handle night awakenings?
  • Night feedings?
  • Helping preschoolers sleep well?
  • Sleep and older kids?
  • Sleep tips for moms and dads?

Let me know what topics, ages, and information you're looking for by leaving a note in the comments section. I'll do my best to work your questions into the schedule soon. In the meantime, thanks for reading, and for participating in  my "blogwarming" party during November. I'm happy you're here.

I'd love some advice on kids giving up their naps and when to move them to a toddler bed. My son will be 3 at the end of Feb. and is starting to fight naptime and climb out of his crib. I'm scared to get rid of the crib because I'm afraid he'll just run around at all hours and not get the rest he needs.
