April News & Updates
April's come and mostly gone; the days are stretching out, the nights are shortening, and the air is slowly warming. Thanks in part to spring break, robins, rhododendrons, and lots of Pacific Northwest raindrops, it's been a busy, muddy, productive month for me. Here are a few highlights from the month:
On April 9, I was back on King 5's Parent to Parent, discussing my April article in ParentMap magazine: "Bunking Up: Strategies for Room Sharing Success."
The article appears in the April issue of ParentMap, with a cover mention. This topic really hits home for me, because it's relevant to so many of my friends with young families. And it brought back (mostly!) happy memories of sharing a bedroom with my two younger sisters.
Another highlight: My ebook, Ready, Set, Sleep, got national press in the April issue of Pregnancy & Newborn magazine.
I’m happy to be contributing to parenting magazines around the country this month, from Nashville Parent to Baltimore’s Child. The April issue of Broward Family Life magazine includes a double dose of my sleep advice with two sleep articles (and a cover mention, too).
Momsomnia: Helping Sleepless Supermoms Reclaim Rest on page 16;
and Pregnant-ZZZZ: Getting the Sleep You Need When You’re Expecting on page 20.

My article “Green Your Mailbox: Reduce Unwanted Junk Mail,” is a cover story for April’s Houston Family magazine.

Thanks for reading and sharing your comments and questions with me this month! And happy spring!
